William Marsh Rice University (commonly known as Rice University) is a private research university located in Houston, Texas, United States. The campus is located near the Houston Museum District and adjacent to the Texas Medical Center.

Rice enrolled 3,001 undergraduate, 897 post-graduate, and 1,247 doctoral students and awarded 1,448 degrees in 2007. The university is organized into eight schools offering 40 undergraduate degree programs, 51 masters programs, and 29 doctoral programs.

Rice is noted for its applied science programs in the fields of nanotechnology, artificial heart research, structural chemical analysis, and space science.

One of the most diverse countries in Africa, Cameroon is often referred to as "Africa in miniature?. Cameroon has everything you would expect from the African continent; tropical rainforests, deserted golden beaches, great expanses of desert, vast lakes and savannah, and volcanic mountains in-between. Compared with other African countries, Cameroon enjoys political and social stability. Nevertheless, large numbers of Cameroonians live in poverty as subsistence farmers. The unemployment rate is high and those who are employed perform mostly agricultural tasks. The HIV/AID crises have hit hard especially the children, many of whom lack proper healthcare. Cameroon has one of the highest school attendance rates in Africa. Although attendance rates are high, there is a shortage of teacher leaving schools chronically understaffed. Cameroon is having two seasons that is the rainy and dry season; the rainy season runs from March to September while the dry season runs from October to February. The major spoken languages are still English and French but a multitude of more than 200 ethnic languages are also in circulation, with various tribes populating the country. Our programs are located in Buea and the surrounding rural towns where English is predominately spoken. The nearest airport from our head office is Douala International, about an hour drive from Buea. All participants should book their flights to Douala Airport. What can a medical student do for a job?
I'm junior in high school now, and I'm looking at going at a medical field. Something in pharmacy to be specific. But, with 6 years of school, what can a medical student do for a job and make half-decent money while still having time to study?
After the first year of university, I'm planning leaving the dormitories and living back in the suburbs (the dorms I heard are iffy, and the university is downtown). So for five years I'd be taking the trains downtown.
